Welcome to Meri Hiring ("Platform", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. About Meri Hiring

Meri Hiring is an online recruitment platform that connects:

  • Job seekers / Candidates
  • Colleges & Educational Institutions
  • Employers / Companies / Recruiters

We act as a facilitator to connect talent with opportunities.

We do not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • If under 18, you must have consent from a parent/guardian or institution.
  • Companies must be legally registered entities.
  • Colleges must be recognized educational institutions.

By registering, you confirm that the information provided is true and accurate.

3. Account Registration

Users may register as:

  • Candidate
  • Employer / Recruiter
  • TPO

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and updated information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Not create fake or duplicate accounts
  • Not impersonate another person or organization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these terms.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree NOT to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Use the platform for spam or unauthorized advertising
  • Copy or misuse candidate data
  • Scrape or extract database information without permission
  • Engage in discrimination based on caste, religion, gender, disability, or other protected categories

Violation may result in permanent account termination.

5. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates agree:

  • Resume details are accurate and truthful
  • They will not apply to jobs with fraudulent intent
  • They understand that Meri Hiring does not guarantee placement
  • Interview or hiring decisions are solely between candidate and employer

6. Employer Responsibilities

Employers agree:

  • Job postings must be genuine and lawful
  • No charging of candidates for job offers
  • No misleading salary information
  • No unlawful employment practices

Meri Hiring reserves the right to remove suspicious job postings.

7. College / Institution Responsibilities

Colleges agree:

  • Student data shared must have proper consent
  • Information about courses and batches must be accurate
  • They will not misuse candidate or employer data

8. Fees & Payments (If Applicable)

If any paid services are introduced:

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Subscription terms will be clearly mentioned
  • We may change pricing with prior notice

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including:

  • Logo
  • Branding
  • Design
  • Software
  • Content structure

is owned by Meri Hiring.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Meri Hiring:

  • Is not responsible for hiring decisions
  • Does not verify every employer or candidate
  • Is not liable for disputes between users
  • Is not responsible for financial loss, employment loss, or fraud by third parties

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend accounts for policy violations
  • Remove job listings
  • Terminate services without prior notice in case of serious breach

12. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, India.
